International Menopause Day

October 18, 2025 — Central Park, NYC

The first-ever Millions for Menopause: Awareness Walk is making history — and you're invited.

In the heart of New York City's most iconic park, this powerful event will raise visibility and critical funding for a long-overlooked health issue: menopause. With over 85% of women experiencing symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disruption, libido loss, and vaginal dryness, it’s time the world took notice.

Despite affecting half the population, menopause remains dramatically underfunded, under-discussed, and misunderstood. This walk is about more than awareness — it’s about advocacy, action, and unity.

We’re stepping out to:

  • Raise $1 million for menopause research

  • End the stigma around hormone-related health

  • Push for better treatments, including HRT, estradiol, and progesterone

  • Celebrate strength, community, and progress
