A Historic Walk for a Hot TopicThe Millions 4 Menopause: Awareness Walk is making history — and you're invited.
October 3, 2026 Prospect Park, Brooklyn
In the heart of New York City's Prospect Park, this powerful event will raise visibility and critical funding for a long-overlooked health issue: menopause. With over 85% of women experiencing symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disruption, libido loss, and vaginal dryness, it’s time the world took notice.
Despite affecting half the population, menopause remains dramatically underfunded, under-discussed, and misunderstood. This walk is about more than awareness — it’s about advocacy, action, and unity.
We’re stepping out to:
Raise $1 million for menopause research
End the stigma around hormone-related health
Push for better treatments, including HRT, estradiol, and progesterone
Celebrate strength, community, and progress
