Help us raise $1 million to fund groundbreaking menopause research, fight stigma, and support millions of women through this overlooked transition.

Hot Flashes, Cool Cause

Menopause isn’t just a stage of life — it’s a global health equity issue that’s been ignored for too long.

Why We’re Here

Rewrite the Menopause Story

According to the National Institutes of Health, 85% of women experience menopausal symptoms—yet funding and research remain decades behind. From hot flashes and night sweats to vaginal dryness, sleep disorders, and libido loss, women are living with treatable symptoms that medicine continues to ignore.

Despite a growing population of aging women, the majority of medical research still focuses on younger bodies—particularly male physiology. This has left critical gaps in care for those experiencing hormonal changes, osteoporosis, and long-term health effects.

It’s time to fund science that reflects the lives women actually live.

Who We Are

Science. Advocacy. Sisterhood.

MPowered Menopause is a nonprofit organization working to end the silence around menopause through research, education, and community action.

Founded by Lauren Jones and led by Erica Phillips, we support inclusive, evidence-based studies into hormone replacement therapy (HRT), estradiol, progesterone, and the full spectrum of women’s health needs during the menopausal transition.

We’re building a movement that is unapologetic, intersectional, and long overdue.
